📦 Bosskat Shipping Policy

Digital Delivery Only
Bosskat specializes in AI-powered virtual staging. All products are delivered digitally — no physical shipping is involved.

Delivery Timeframe
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, your staged images will be delivered via email or direct download within 24 to 48 hours, depending on the complexity and number of images.

Order Tracking
Since we deliver files digitally, there is no tracking number. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your images are ready.

Issues with Delivery
If you haven’t received your files within the expected timeframe, please check your spam folder first. If they’re still missing, contact us at support@bosskat.co.za and we’ll resend them promptly.

Custom Requests
If you’ve submitted special instructions or uploaded reference images, delivery may take slightly longer. We’ll keep you updated via email.
